Memorial Event for Hap Phillips, Co-Founder of ARTICA

The surviving family will host a open to the public Memorial to honor the memory of Hap Phillips, the visionary co-founder of ARTICA, who passed away on February 4th.

For over two decades, Hap dedicated himself to nurturing the creative spirit of St. Louis. Through ARTICA - as well as dozens of other community-oriented projects he was involved in - he fostered space and spirit, where artists and community members could come together, share their vision, and inspire one another.

We will be meeting to share memories and stories of Hap, and to celebrate all that he accomplished in his many years of community service.
